"Favorites" Advent Tags

$5.00

This is a downloadable item.

Our “Favorites” Countdown Tags are a set of 25 printable, numbered tags designed for creating your own Advent calendar at home. Each day features a different vintage illustration, flowers, cats and dogs, cakes and cheese, oranges, shells, curious creatures and other lovely little things, so the collection feels less like a matching set and more like a cabinet of favorites gathered over time.

Counting the days before Christmas can be traced to 19th-century Germany, where families marked the approach of the holiday with chalk lines, candles and devotional pictures. Printed Advent calendars followed, giving us the numbered doors, chocolates and tiny surprises we know today.

This version leaves the surprises entirely up to you. Print and cut out all 25 tags, then attach them to wrapped gifts, sweets, notes or small treats. Arrange them beneath the tree, pile them into a basket, line them along a mantel or hide them around the house, opening one each day from December 1 through Christmas Day.

Includes: 25 individually numbered printable tags featuring an eclectic assortment of vintage imagery.
